Student Events

Welcome Back

CFWE faculty, staff and students are invited to attend this fun event held the first Thursday of the fall semester. It’s an excellent opportunity for students to get to know each other and their professors while enjoying a meal and lawn games.

Fall Family Weekend

The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment hosts the Fall Family Weekend Open House the Friday before Homecoming each year. The open house allows our students and parents to meet the faculty and staff and learn more about CFWE programs, clubs and organizations, field experiences, and school activities. Tours of the school are offered, and light refreshments are served.

Student Awards Banquet

Each spring the College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment hosts a ceremony to recognize the outstanding achievements of students, faculty and alumni who, through the generosity of our alumni and friends, are selected to receive merit and financial awards.
